Fall CITO Season is upon us and the Turrell2s will be hosting a CITO on the Richard-Martin Trail. I will be in Elkmont with Sophie at the given coordinates for a start time of 0830.
To facilitate distancing and maximum coverage, there are several places to CITO along the trail.
After checking in and signing the log, you may proceed north or south from assembly area in Elkmont. After signing in you may also drive to the Blue Caboose parking area or to the northern most terminus of the trail to CITO those area.
Alternately, you can go directly (without coming to Elkmont) to the most southern terminus of the RMT and sign in with Mrs. Turrell2 and Bella. Keep in mind that you can only go north or clean the park at this location. Please use this location sparingly.
Note: You must sign in at Elkmont or Athens Trail Head (Southern terminus) before logging your attendance on line.
Water and trash bags will be available at both sign in locations. Please bring your own PPE and trash grabbers.
