The IGO Board of Directors invites all members of the Iowa Geocachers Organization to join us for the Friday dinner and annual meeting on Hike-n-Seek 2020 weekend, held at the historic Wieting Theatre.
Doors will open at 5:30pm with dinner being served at 6pm. The annual meeting of the members will begin after dinner at which time the new members of the Board of Directors will be introduced.
When posting your "will attend," please include the number of people who will be attending in your group. We need an accurate count as occupancy is limited to 50 people inside the Theatre at this time due to COVID restrictions. This is an indoor event, so please plan accordingly regarding social distancing suggestions and masks.
Dinner will be a baked potato bar with a variety of toppings, salad, a choice of dessert, and water or iced tea. Pepsi products may be available for purchase on site. The cost will be $8 per person and dinner tickets can be purchased in the IGO store here. A dinner ticket is not required to attend the event, only to eat the meal.
