1300-1500, Saturday, 12 December 2020
As we're all winding up the year that was 2020, it's a good time to get together for a brief celebration.
Many of us have been able to continue geocaching while practicing social distancing; this little celebration will allow us to continue the trend (and get another Community Celebration, as well!).
I've shamelessly copied the location from Nandi108's recent event, as this is close to my house and conveniently located adjacent to the Capital Beltway.
There's a large parking lot, so we can spread out. There's a single picnic table here, so please bring chairs if you want to sit for a while.
Please bring (and wear) a mask so others feel comfortable with the experience. Please bring a pen, so we can keep down the amount of stuff to be recycled. I'll bring an event log.
December weather can be unpredictable, so dress accordingly.
Time: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Where: Wakefield Park, near the Wakefield Farmers Market.
I'll be there early, look for a blue BMW sedan.
