Kauguru Rifs Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Leptoceratops: Hello!
I'm archiving your cache as it has been disabled for more than a one month and it is lost, completely damaged or inappropriate. Caches should be visited and maintained within 30 days after disabling.
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

If there are still leftovers from container I would appreciate if other players could collect them so that there is no trash in the nature.

Happy geocaching!

Geocache Description:

LAT:

ENG:
Sometimes it seems that there is nothing interesting in the coastal waters of Latvia - only sand. However, in Kauguri we discovered our own "reef". About 400 m from the shore at a depth of 2.5-3.5 m there is a stone wall that stretches along the shore. The surface of this "reef" is only 1m under water. Reef is inhabitwd by see snails and seaweed -  a place for divers. In the vicinity of the "reef" you can also find really huge sea stones, which at lower water levels tend to be even visible above the water.

Update: original form of cache (floating termoss) did not survived storms and winter ice. On 17.06.21. it was updated in a form of orange anchor (no logbook). To log the cache take a selfie with this anchor and upload it.
