Purplepeopleater's Cockatoo Island Community Celebration Event (PPECICCE)
Always a fabulous venue for an event or get together, Cockatoo Island is rich with history, facilities and indeed caches.
Come by kayak, come by boat, come by water taxi or ferry; this cache is accessible for everyone.
Bring your lunch and something to drink (no alchohol permiited) and relax in the middle of the harbour. There are plenty of facilitiies such as barbeques, fridges, tables and chairs. The cafe provides light meals, coffee and beverages.

For the kayakers we will do a short tour of the other historic islands in the vicinity. For the land lubbers take time to explore the island and its history.
Depending on final numbers, this event may be divided into two parts to comply with prevailing COVID restrictions. The times are from 10:30am to 11:30am and from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Please nominate on your Will Attend log how many people are coming under your caching name AND during which hour you would like to attend.
