Vergeet niet de bonusletters te noteren die op de logrollen van deze cache-serie vermeld staan voor de BONUSCACHE ergens in de buurt van cache N.
Along the location of the old city wall of the 15th century I am placing a new cache series which is finished now. When arriving at Amsterdam Central Station, one can make a nice circular walk through the city and end up at Amsterdam Central Station again. Don't forget to write down the bonus letters written in the logs for the bonus cache, somewhere close to cache N.
Om de hoek van deze cachelocatie ligt de Kromboomssloot. Deze gracht werd in 2007 verkozen tot een van de mooiste straten van Amsterdam. Wrijf jezelf maar in de handen met het feit dat deze gracht nog vrij authentiek is na de aanleg van de eerste metro in de 20e eeuw. Op Kromboomssloot 18-20 is Schottenburch gevestigd: het oudste nog bestaande pakhuis van Amsterdam. Een van de oudste pakhuizen van de stad is het zeker. Schottenburch heeft een gevelsteen met het jaartal 1636, maar het gebouw is al te zien op een 16e eeuwse plattegrond van Amsterdam van Pieter Bast.
Around the corner of this cache-location Kromboomssloot is situated, a beautiful canal. At number 18 Schottenburch is located: this is probably the oldest warehouse of the city: it was drawn on a map from the 16th century already.
