Event runs from 8am to 8.45am... to watch the changing of colours from black, to light blue, to light yellow, to possibly red, to bright yellow and bright blue (and hopefully not just black to grey...)
Talk about what you intend doing for the 513 minute day... (compared to 947 minutes on the longest day)
