The Gates will be open so it is time to visit the Village of Hill ... That's historic Old Hill Village
DUE TO CERCUMSTANCES BEYOND MY CONTROL, THE OLD HILL VILLAGE GATES WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL THE WEEKEND OF SEPT 18 AND 19. I HAVE RESCHEDULED THE EVENT TO THE 18TH. FOR THOSE WHO SHOWED UP ON SEPT 12, FEEL FREE TO LOG THE ADVENTURE. I WAS LUCKY TO SAY HEY TO MANY OF YOU ON THE WALKING PARKINGLOT.
With the gates open, you can drive, hike, horseback or bike to the event. I have seen cars of all types on the road taking advantage of the open gates to check out the old foundations/locations of the village and get up close and personal with the river. It is a great location to bring a picnic lunch, bike, car and beach towel. I hope to see you there
The event will be Saturday Sept 18 at 10:00 to 12:00 am

With the recent loss of #1 Batman and last years loss of both Geohounds, I would like to hold a moment of silence at 11 for any who are present. Lets use this event as one of what i am sure will be many to honor them with a caching story.
Lets also plan on trading TB's ..
