Update 23-Jun: Really sorry about this but after the latest Gov update, it currently looks like if this event was in a pub, then we should be ok, but as it’s outside, there is a max of 6 people ‘permitted’ and so that we remain safe & sane we have made the decision to delay the event for a month when hopefully things will be a bit more settled. Stay safe, stay sane and cache you soon.

Update 25-May-2020: Note to reviewers: can I ask if you aren’t happy about the event being hosted on the published date, please let me know and I will put it off for another month, many thanks.
Update 19-May-2020: Further to the current CV19 limitations, rather than risking a social gathering and potential affecting anyone, we have decided to delay this event for a month.
Update 13-March-2020: Considering the current virus outbreak, we are still planning on attending, but for everyone's safety, we will not be bringing a physical log book with us and will be respecting everyone's personal space so no handshaking. Virtual handshakes, knee waving and bowing will still allow us to greet each other whilst preventing actual personal contact. We hope you understand that this is for everyone's safety but still look forward to seeing you. On our return home, we will write your name into the log book from the online event logs. Hopefully by the time of this event, things will have calmed down.
