A cache is placed here as a sweetener, as you swim through the crowd tides on the pavements. Perhaps you are a tourist visiting a big museum. Or a student rushing to lectures. Or going to work or home. You may be a geocacher visiting great caches nearby. Perhaps you are changing buses or tubes and wanted a breather.
It is a small magnetic cache, that requires good amount of stealth at certain times of the day. This is reflected in the difficulty rating.
