TUBE SideTracked – Oxford Circus
Oxford Circus is the junction between two busy and iconic consumerist avenues, This morning after Christmas, when I placed the cache, the streets were calm and seemingly peaceful.
This is a simple multi: you will need to go into the four station exits of the Tube station, at the corners of the junction. You will not need to go into any shop, nor through any barriers. Doing this cache during rush hours could be a challenge! But the tube station is open 24 hours sometimdz as the Victoria and Central Lines run throughout Friday and Saturday nights. The high terrain rating reflects the stretch required to retrieve and replace the cache. Otherwise it is just a short walk away.
Which exits would you use if you want:
• Sport shoes – Exit A
• Computer software – Exit B
• Discount clothes – Exit C
• Underwear – Exit D
The cache is located at somewhere quieter: N51°30.(1000-A-B-C-D-B), W000°08.(A+C)(DxB)A. Even though it is quieter here, you will still need to be stealthy. Tweezers may be required. Optional: you may want to write on your find logs, what keen geocachers should put on their present wishlists.
