Geocache Description:

Number 1404 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.

The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.

A Fine Pai Clevedon

This one can be found in the Victorian seaside town of Clevedon.  Parking can be found nearby either at the roadside or in a nearby Pay and Display carpark.

This area is particularly popular in the summer, or on sunny weekends so stealth is required.

You are looking for a magnetic nano. Please bring your own pen. Tweezers may be required to extract the log.

To find the cache go to the headline co-ordinates and gather the following information:

  1. What is the high up number on the telegraph pole situated directly behind the Fine Pair? Let this no. be A
  2. With your back to the Fine Pair, what is the house number of the bungalow to your left? Let these no.s be B, C & D
  3. What is the first name of the Monarch who was on the throne when the post box was installed? (A = 1, B = 2, Z = 26 etc ). Let these no.s be E, F, G, H, J & K.

The cache can then be found at N51 2(B+C). (J-E) (E-C) (A) W002 (K) (E-C). (B) (A) (F)

Congratulations to Trolleygranny for FTF!
