GLÜCK AUF 2020 – Nichts außer Fußspuren!
Das Ruhrgebiet blickt auf über 150 Jahre Kultur und Geschichte im Kohlebergbau und in der Stahlproduktion zurück. Viele Zechen, Hütten- und Stahlwerke prägen noch heute die Menschen und die Region.
Wir laden euch ein, die Geschichte des Ruhrgebiets mit uns zu erleben. Die Kulisse des UNESCO Welterbe Zollverein - eine der größten und bedeutendsten Zechen Deutschlands - bietet dafür eine außergewöhnliche Möglichkeit.
Nach großem Erfolg in 2016 und weiterhin anhaltender positiver Resonanz wollen wir es ein zweites Mal wagen! Wieder wollen wir Besuchern aus aller Welt Informationen rund um das Ruhrgebiet und das Thema Geocaching, sowie die Möglichkeit eines internationalen Erfahrungsaustausches, bieten.

Alles geht einmal zu Ende und heute wollejn wir Nichts außer Fußspuren! hinterlassen. Ein oedentlicher Geocacher macht dies natürlich sowieso, aber wir wollen mit euch gemeinsam den Umweltschutz fördern. Zum Abschluss dieses außergewöhnlichen Eventwochenendes treffen wir uns am 05.04.2020 um 10:00 Uhr erneut auf dem Gelände der Zeche Zollverein in der Nähe der Geschäftsstelle des NABU Landesverbandes NRW Regionalstelle Ruhrgebiet.
Wir möchten mit euch ein gemeinsames Frühstück in der Tradition des Ruhrpotts veranstalten. Für das leibliche Wohl wird also gesorgt. Bitte gebt aus diesem Grund in eurem "Will Attend" an, ob ihr von diesem Angebot Gebrauch machen wollt. Den Unkostenbeitrag werden wir euch in einem separaten Announcement mitteilen. Da der Frühschoppen hierzulande zum guten Ton gehört/gehörte, gibt es sicherlich auch noch das ein oder andere Bierchen, wenn ihr am Vortag noch was übrig gelassen habt.
Um ca. 12 Uhr wollen wir dann unsere Zelte abbrechen und dem Gelände wieder seine verdiente Ruhe gönnen.
Zudem bieten wir am Sonntag noch 3 tolle Führungen an. Zum einen die „Steigerführung mit Püttgeschichten", zum anderen die Führung "Zeche fotogen" sowie die Führung "Neue Sachlichkeit, Bauhaus und die Zollverein-Architektur", die euch hier einmal eine ganz andere Seite des UNESCO-Welterbes Zollverein aufzeigen wollen. Die Teilnahme an diesem Event, außer die Teilnahme an den genannten Führungen, ist kostenlos möglich. Wir bitten euch dennoch, eine 0,00€ Eintrittskarte auf der Eventhomepage zu buchen. Bitte schaut dazu, zusätzlich zu eurem "Will Attend", in unseren Shop.
Das reine Loggen des Events ist natürlich für Jedermann am frei zugänglichen "Logbuch" möglich.

GLÜCK AUF 2020 - Nothing but footprints!
The Ruhrarea is facing 150 years culture and history in coal mining and steel production. Many pits, iron and steel plants still shape the people of the region today.
We will invite you to discover the history of our Ruhrarea. The scenery of the event is the UNESCO world heritage Zollverein –one of the biggest and most famous mining plants in Germany- which offers unexpected possibilities.
After great success in 2016 and continuing positive response, we want to dare it a second time! Again, we want to offer visitors from all over the world information about the Ruhrarea and the subject of geocaching, as well as the possibility of an international exchange of experience.

Everything comes to an end and today we want to leave nothing but footprints!. A honest geocacher does this anyway, of course, but we want to promote environmental protection in association with you. At the end of this extraordinary event weekend, we will meet again on April 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. on the area of the Zeche Zollverein near the office of the NABU regional association.
We would like to organize a breakfast together with you in the tradition of the Ruhrarea with a morning pint. For this reason, please indicate in your "Will Attend" whether you want to take advantage of this offer. Please notice that the additional breakfast fee isn't fix yet. We will inform you by time.
At around 12 noon is the official end of Glueck Auf 2020 event weekend.
We also offer 3 great tours on Sunday. On the one hand the "A pit foreman shows his mine and tells anecdotes", on the other hand the "Coal-mine photogenic" tour and the "New Objectivity, Bauhaus and Zollverein Architecture" tour, which want to show you a completely different side of the UNESCO World Heritage Zollverein. Please, also have a look on the event website and the shop, prior booking is required.

Taking part in this event, except the guided tours, is free of charge. To get an overview of the number of participants, please book a free ticket in the eventshop.
There will be an extra logbook for everyone also if he isn't a registrated participant of the event.
