Strenuous 3 mile , 3 hour hike (5hr round trip) to very beautiful Hidden basin.
Small Tupperware container wrapped in black plastic bag with a granitic rock on top for weight. Very good satelite reception here, hard part should be the hike, not the search.

Drive the mountain loop hwy to the sunrise mine road,(just West of Barrlow pass). Drive to sunrise mine road end,park here. Hike to headlee Pass and follow trail from there to cache. After finding cache continue another 45 min to the top of Vesper Peak.
If you loose the trail as you enter the basin approching Headlee Pass just hike to N48 00.548 W121 29.812 to find trail again. Cross Headlee pass at N48 00.425 W121 29.853.
Update: Oct 25 2003, Went and checked this cache today. The heavy rains washed out the bridges over the stream crossings. Still do-able.
