CURRO DE LANGULLO
Roteiro dos glaciares. Roteiro aberto polos voluntarios do Campo de Voluntariado Internacional de Manzaneda 2019, entre o 22 e o 31 de agosto.O roteiro atravesa dous dos tres vales glaciares de As Lamas-Prada, dunha da ladeira da montaña, que comezamos cunha esixente subida cara ao Cerro (1573 m). Ao acabar a primeira subida tomaremos un carreiro cara á esquerda para baixar cun zigzag cara ao Glaciar do medio, para atravesalo e poder chegar ao segundo glaciar, o da Lagoa pequena.
Ao final do Glaciar do Medio atoparémonos os restos dun antigo curro, o Curro de Langullo, onde os pastores durmían e facían vida cando subían os rabaños.
Os glaciares ten entre 13 e 16 mil anos de antigüidade. A súa cabeza está formada por tres círculos colgantes situados a 1.490 m, 1.480 m e 1.330 m de altitude, enmarcados tamén nunha serie de anfiteatros situados por encima de 1.500m.
Ruta de los glaciares. Ruta abierta por los voluntarios del Campo de Voluntariado Internacional de Manzaneda 2019, entre el 22 y el 31 de agosto.
La ruta atraviesa dos de los tres valles glaciares de As Lamas-Prada, de una de la ladera de la montaña, que comenzamos con una exigente subida hacia el Cerro (1573m). Al acabar la primera subida tomaremos un sendero hacia la izquierda para bajar con un zigzag hacia el Glaciar do medio, para atravesarlo y poder llegar al segundo glaciar, el de a Lagoa pequena.
Al final del Glaciar do Medio nos encontraremos los restos de un antiguo curro, el Curro de Langullo, donde los pastores dormían y hacían vida cuando subían los rebaños.
Los glaciares tiene entre 13 y 16 mil años de antigüedad. Su cabeza está formada por tres círculos colgantes situados a 1.490m, 1.480m y 1.330m de altitud, enmarcados también en una serie de anfiteatros situados por encima de 1.500m.
Glacier Route. Route opened by volunteers from the Manzaneda International Volunteer Camp 2019, between 22 and 31 August.
The route crosses two of the three glacier valleys of As Lamas-Prada, from one of the mountain slopes, which we begin a demanding ascent to the Hill (1573m). At the end of the first ascent we will take a path to the left to descend with a zigzag towards the Glacier do Medio, to cross it and to reach the second glacier, that of Lagoa pequena.
At the end of the Glacier do Medio we will find the remains of an old curro, the Curro de Langullo, where the shepherds slept and made life when the herds climbed.
The glaciers are between 13 and 16 thousand years old. Its head is formed by three hanging circles located at 1.490m, 1.480m and 1.330m of altitude, also framed in a series of amphitheaters located above 1.500m.

Дорога по леднику. Маршрут открыли добровольцы из Международного волонтерского лагеря Manzaneda 2019 с 22 по 31 августа.
Маршрут охватывает две из трех ледниковых долин As Lamas-Prada с одного из горных склонов, с которого мы начинаем сложное восхождение на гору (1573м). В конце первого подъема мы обходим долину слева, чтобы спуститься с зигзагом к леднику Medio, чтобы пересечь его и добраться до второго ледника Lagoa pequena.
В конце ледника Medio мы найдем развалины старого сооружения, Curro de Langullo, где спали и жили пастухи, пока паслись их стада.
