About SideTracked Caches
This cache belongs to the SideTracked series. It is not designed to take you to a magical place with a breath taking view. It's a distraction for the weary traveller, but anyone else can go and find it too. More Information can be found on the SideTracked Series website at www.sidetrackedseries.info https://www.sidetrackedseries.info

On October 15, members from the community, the Albertville Lions, City Council and city staff held a dedication event for the newly constructed depot in Central Park. The depot was constructed to replicate a depot originally built in 1885. Previously, the Lions obtained and restored a 1964 caboose, very similar to one that once traveled the railroad through Albertville. The Lions hope this Rail Station project will attract visitors to reflect on days gone by and share stories with future generations. The Rail Station will also serve as a meeting place and an area for park and community programs throughout the year.
