2022 Update: Lock has been removed and due to storm drains getting clogged with debris, I am going to circumvent those multi-stages as part of the journey to find the final. A modified puzzle has been provided to reveal the final coordinates. Just go to the library, solve the puzzle, and go find that cache! The tunnel entrance may still have debris in front and inside but it did not prevent me from accessing the cache.

The geocache is not at the posted coordinates. However, you will begin your journey at Central Rappahannock Regional Library Porter Branch to find the clues needed to solve the puzzle. The Porter Branch is open from 9am-9pm M-Th, 9am-5:30pm F-Sa, and 1pm-5:30pm on Sunday. If a book you need for a clue is not there, you may try to find this book at another CRRL branch. Just use their computer card catalogue system to find out where the book is available, but you should be able to find all three books at the Porter Branch.
This is (no longer as of 2022) a multi-stage cache that will require you to enter into dark and semi-wet, confined spaces. Because it is located in an underground structure, it is intended to be a TEAMWORK CACHE. This cache is designed for those seeking a unique adventure that offers more of a physical and mental challenge than what the standard caches in this area provide. Cachers are expected to be in good physical shape, able to climb a ladder, and required to bring at least two light sources with fresh batteries. Bear in mind that cell phone and GPS reception within the structure will be non-existent. Do not go inside before, during, or after rainfall. Keep in mind that there is always a little stream of water present in some of the pipes, but poses no risk to cachers in fair weather, so dress accordingly. At the end of the journey is an unlocked ammo can containing a logbook and a rubber stamp. Please do not take the rubber stamp—leave that in the cache container as this is a Letterbox Hybrid. Bring your own ink pad for a 2" x 2" stamp.
All cachers journey at their own risk and responsibility. I have rated this cache's D/T rating high, but this really isn't very difficult (in my opinion) and should be significantly easier than my other underground letterbox, World 1-2 (also now easier with the 2022 update, heh). A chem-lite is provided in the cache for use by anyone who experiences a flashlight failure while in the structure. It is for emergency use only and is not to be removed except as required in an emergency.
The GOONIES Underworld Adventure
The Fratellis are now in prison and the Goonies have used One Eyed Willy's treasure to save the Goon Docks from foreclosure, but there still remains more treasure to be discovered. While at their local library, Mouth and Chunk discover a secret letter. This letter reveals the location of the forementioned hidden treasure, but can only be unlocked with a secret code. Fortunately, the letter also tells where the clues for this code can be found:

If ye seek the treasure of One Eyed Willy, hearken unto the wisdom of the writer. Find ye three words among three codices to unlock the location of the treasure!

The tunnel containeth the treasure wherein ye seek. Get ye in and proceed unto the first chamber wherein thou shalt ascend the ladder on the port side of the chamber unto the upper deck.
Since a parking waypoing is not provided, I would suggest to park anywhere you can SOUTH of the clue locations you uncover. Please don't hesitate to inform me if there are any problems with this cache, or missing elements. If you are physically unable to retrieve the cache, I will make acceptions for you to sign the log and claim a find as long as you participated in your team and have a team member who is able to take it out no further than the tunnel entrance and bring it back where it belongs, but please do not compromise the location, cache or contents to muggles!
