It is really easy to solve this cache. The following instructions will help you!
The listing coordinates point to where you have to answer the question. This is the "Virtual Stage" which you will also find with the same coordinates as a waypoint.
Here you will have to determin the following variable:
A = number of opened windows on the opposit site when you look inside the tower
One of the pictures will help you, too. That's all - now you are almost done!
You will find the final at N 45° 21.(9*A-1)' E 13° 32.(84*A-1)'
