SUMMER PICNIC - 19th ANNUAL

Event Summary

Location: Turkey Ridge Picnic Shelter, East Fork State Park
Date/Time: June 30, 2019
Food: Pot luck! As you log your will attend (or post a note) please let us know how many are in your party, and what dish you plan to bring. I will update list below.
SCHEDULE (Tentative):

11 am - Arrival, Socialize.
12 pm - Let's Eat!
1 pm - OKIC Info, Voting and Elections.
2 pm - End

Event Flow

The event is being held at the Turkey Ridge Picnic Shelter at East Fork State Park; 11am - 2pm.

Keeping in tradition, the event is potluck style! Please do not feel obligated to bring a dish, this is totally optional. If you do plan to bring a dish, please include this in your "Will Attend" or "Post a Note" comment. **There IS electric at the shelter (and flush toilets!), for anyone who needs it.

OKIC group information updates and voting on new steering committee board members will take place at the end of the event.

History

First held on Aug 26th 2001 in Embshoff Park as a way to annually bring "Greater Cincinnati Area" geocachers together. Now in its 19th year and credited as the 3rd oldest annual Geocaching event in the world. (source)
