Welcome to Beaubears Island
As part of the celebration of Canada Parks, Beaubears Island will be launching a brand new geocoin challenge. 5 new geocaches will be published out on the island. Find all 5 and mark them on your new passport and receive a free trackable geocoin.
The event officially runs from 12 noon to 5pm on Saturday, July 20th. Coins will be available at the actual event until the end of the day. Afterwards you will need to submit your passport to the office to get your coin.
There is a fee to take the ferry over to the island but it can be paid at the visitor's centre.
Come on out and celebrate the day, get some new caches, snag a coin, and enjoy the day with your fellow geocachers.
