There are many places around downtown Owensboro riverfront for you to explore and see.
Lots of history here as well. This park was built in memory of Bill Smeathers giving it the name “Smothers Park.”
Lazy days is a free public park that closes at dusk.
Please be respectful of all park rules and regulations
