Viele fahren anschließend mit der Nordkettenbahn auf die Seegrube oder das Hafelekar - nicht wenige nutzen im Sommer die nahegelegenen Wanderwege, um Almen und die Natur zu genießen - im Winter zum Schifahren oder snowboarden.
Die Aussichtsplattform erreicht man am besten mit der Hungerburgbahn oder der IVB-Buslinie J.
Für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto oder Motorrad anreisen, gibt es in der Nähe einen großen Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) bzw. Parkmöglichkeiten in den auch kostenpflichtigen Parkstraßen rundherum.
