The cache is located on the posted coordinates and should be easy to find, but to log this cache as "Found" you must also fulfill the following challenge related to Mystery (puzzle/unknown) caches in Israel:
Have finds of Mystery caches in Israel with at least 5 different D/T (Difficulty, Terrain) combination, and at least one of those finds with D5 difficulty rating. You must fulfill the challenge before logging the find (that also means this cache cannot be used to fulfill the challenge and cannot appear in the list of the qualifying cache finds). The D5 difficulty rating on this cache reflects the fact that a D5 find is required for the challenge.

If you get a positive result, just go ahead, find the cache, sign the log and then you can log it as found online. Please include the list of qualifying caches from the challenge checker.
If you do not fulfill the challenge yet, you can still go and sign (pre-sign) the log, but you cannot log "Found" yet. You can log a "Write Note" if you want. You can then log "Found" later when you fulfill the challenge (no need to sign the log second time).
Please note that "Found" logs without fulfilling the challenge will be deleted, according to the rules for Challenge caches.
