A nice area with two waterfalls for you to explore. There are other recreational opportunities nearby as well.
Combine this cache with the Dukes Creek and DeSoto Falls caches and you'll have a nice waterfall themed hat trick. All three are fairly close to each other and should make for a busy day. I'll try to update my website with a more detailed description within a few weeks.
Hope you enjoy the trip! 7-5-03 Update: Bowing to seeker feedback, I've upgraded this one to a "1.5" for terrain. I thought it would be easy ground to cover but I think there's been enough feedback to support at least this upgrade (though some have suggested a "2"). Future seekers be warned: a straight line isn't always the easiest distance between two points! I'll just take all of this as a compliment. Apparently my middle aged butt isn't as out of shape as I thought it was! ;-) 10-19-08 Update: Terrain increased to "2" by popular demand. Have received notes that the upper approach road is closed more often than in past years. Glad to read this cache is still so popular so many years later.
