Located on the beautiful Cup-and-saucer trail on Manitoulin island. The terrain can be somewhat challenging in spots, so bring hiking boots.
Unfortunately the previous cache at 45N 51.441 82W 06.203 is declared Missing-In-Action. If you have any information on it, please email me.
We have place a new cache at a different location. It is now in a 2L Farquhar's ice cream bucket (mmmmm) and a more picturesque location, but a slightly more difficult location. Please mind your children on the climb up, and near the edges!.
The cache now contains:
3 Maple leaf Hacky-Sacks
3 Maple leaf pencils
1 Clip watch
7 Crayola window-writers (please only take one at a time)
Although none was seen near this cache, there is poison ivy on the island, so please be careful. As the cache is located about 5m West of a cliff, please be careful with children and pets.
Please don't contribute to the gum trees (yech) and remember to pack some garbage out with you, if you can. Also, a reminder not to put food in the cache, two recent geo-caches on the island had food in them on recent visits, and are in danger of being trashed by hungry animals.
