Geocache Description:

Unity Park is a cute neighborhood park with lots of fun things for the little ones to do. You can also learn about the wildlife found in the area, ranging from insects, to birds and mammals at the posted coordinates.

HOW TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE:
At the posted coordinated look for the bird sitting on the Brown-eyed Susan. This birds common name is two words long. With this information perform the following math:
1) Take the number of letters in the first word of the birds common name and multiply the total number of letters by 115.5 and let this value = ABC
2) Take the number of letters in the second word of the birds common name and multiply it by 100.5 (and round down one) and let this value = XYZ
