what did work.....wassail ! , extension cords criss crossing the yard to accomodate so many crockpots, asking janran and antiquesoul to pick up a birthday cake i forgot, having a shitload of wood to burn, putting fuzzy and boilmaw in charge of card distribution, watching janran jump up and make a suggestion for all of us to talk about our latest favorite geo adventure, asking to see janran's scar, shortcake having the best poker hand for her birthday and getting my special prize, tech diva taking pics and posting, antiquesoul came, i got to eat, we found more comfy seating, michael keeping the fire going strong, finding out i was right and melonknee was mistaken, techdiva getting my favorite platypus prize, janran winning an adult toy, laura#2 attending, janet was warm all evening, don and celeste came, meronjo crossed the state line to get a bucket of beads from me, joe's chili, dj1974 winning a pair of handcuffs, and having marty present a handmade master woodworking peace sign made by him for me. i absolutely love it.
