This event is a celebration of Freima's 60th (yikes!) birthday, which happily (!) coincides with Burns Night and also provides an opportunity to 'warm' a house that has been under renovation for the last few months. Let's just hope it's ready in time...!
You are welcome to join us for some sort of buffet from 18:00-21:00
That is as far as 'plans' have got. Anything else that happens during the evening - happens.
Accessibility: We do not want to exclude anyone; however there is no downstairs WC and there is a step up to the front door.
Smoking: There is a strict no smoking policy at this event
Dogs: With regret, we cannot accommodate dogs.
PARKING: Please note that parking is difficult. This is a mostly Victorian residential area where very few houses have off-road parking facilities. We ask that you respect this when leaving your car. There may be room for a couple of cars at the end of the road in the bus turning circle; however room MUST be available for the bus to turn without having to do a multi-stage turn, so please park responsibly if you use that space.
Also, although Caroline Street is marked on the map as a bona fide road, it has not existed as such for many years. Please DO NOT attempt to park beyond the gate leading from the bus turning circle to Caroline Street as it is usually kept locked and you might not be able to retrieve your car later.
