Geocache Description:

Sing hey! for the bath at close of day
That washes the weary mud away!
A loon is he that will not sing
O! Water Hot is a noble thing!

“The Lord of the Rings” by J.R.R. Tolken

Lay back and soak away your troubles in this beautiful spot in the Willamette National Forest.  Several pools varying from hot to warm await your visit.

This natural hot spring is "clothing optional" so be prepared to see some over exposed bodies of all ages.  On the other hand, that means you don't need to worry about bringing a bathing suit to enjoy a soak.

Be sure to pay your $5 per person fee before making the half mile hike to the spring.  There's a pay station located at the entrance to the trail.  It's worth the cost as the site is managed very well.

Drop us an e-mail describing the place where clothes and other items can be hung so we know you really were there.
