Eftasåsen Borettslag ligger på Oppsal i Østensjø bydel. Borettslaget har 164 andelsleiligheter, 40 av dem er i 10 vertikaltdelte rekkehus og 124 leiligheter er i 31 horisontaltdelte 4-mannsboliger.
De første beboerne flyttet inn i 1956.

Eftasåsen Borettslag is a housing co-op at Oppsal in Østensjø borough. The coop has 164 units of which 40 are in 10 row houses, and 124 are in 31 horizontally divided 4-unit houses.
The first owners moved into the houses in 1956.
At the given coordinates you will see a big information board with an overview of the co-op. It also shows which colour each building has. You may notice that the map is no longer completely accurate. When all the houses got new facades in 2011/2012, the green houses were repainted in one of the three other colours. Also, the wall behind the sign has been rebuilt several times, last in 2020.
