This is the third in a series of fun geo-events called the "ALFA - AFFÊRES ".
With each event, we aim to harbour a theme starting with the relevant letter of the alphabet fot that specific event. For our third ALFA - AFFÊRE we will use the letter "C". This will also be our Vaal Year End Event, so think Celebrations, Christmas, Child friendly fun! In keeping in line with the season, please add something Christmassy to your outfit : a santa-hat, a bit of tinsel...be creative!
This year our event will be held at the picturesque venue in Henley-on-Klip, The Makery ( 2 Maple Durham Avenue).
Feel free to participate in our voluntary SWAG-BAG lucky draw - all you have to do is bring along any small swag item beginning with the letter C. ( Dit geld natuurlik ook in Afrikaans ) This gets put into the SWAG-BAG and a lucky geocacher will walk away with it at the end of the event.
We would like to invite all geocachers from far and wide to this GEO-KUIER and hope to see newbies and geo-fossils in tow!
