This is a two part cache. The first gives the coordinates to the final cache.
PLEASE NOTE: GeoGil is not in the area to be able to maintain the cache. To help, we have made the final waypoint visible and are aware this cache may be under water due to flooding during certain times of the year. This cache will get revamped upon return to the area. thank you
The initial cache is a PVC pipe with a screw plug. It is partially in the ground to appear as a utility to thwart potential plunderers. You should not need a wrench to open it. Finger tighten the plug and please do not over tighten. Leave it in the ground, the info is in a jar in the pipe, so you do not have to remove the pipe from the ground.
The plug can become frozen tight in the winter, so I have hidden a strap wrench within inches of the pipe. PLEASE REPLACE THE WRENCH HIDDEN AS YOU FOUND IT.
There is a blank sticky note pad in the first stage. It is to take notes on the final cache and take one of the sheets with you. It is NOT meant to be a log. The first stage also is not meant for trade items.
