Fine little bridge takes Rosemary Lane across Monktonmead Brook. At the posted co-ordinates there used to be an information board, then if went, now it has returned.
From the posted co-ordinates turn towards the railway, there is a green sign with white letters.

Number of letters in the 1st word - number of letters in the 2nd word = A
Number of letters in 3rd word + number of letters in 2nd word = B
