Sinds de jaren 70 is het aantal huismussen in Nederland gehalveerd. Inmiddels lijkt het aantal huismussen ongeveer stabiel te blijven tussen de 500.000 en 1 miljoen.
De huismus is een bruingrijze zangvogel die ongeveer 16 cm lang is.
In ongeveer januari gaan de mannetjes op zoek naar een broedplek.
Deze geocache zal niet heel moeilijk te vinden zijn, maar wel iets moeilijker om te openen. Het zal een gewone huismus zeker niet lukken om hier binnen te komen.
Let op: je moet hier nadenken, voelen en proberen, maar vooral nooit iets forceren!
Als je goed nadenkt en probeert, zul je het logboek vinden. Doe alles weer op dezelfde manier terug als je alles hebt opengekregen; wederom zonder forceren, zodat ook een volgende geocacher alles zonder forceren kan openen.
