31 Days of HALLOWEEN
This is the forth cache in a series of 31 caches, one for each day in October, the Halloween month! Casper the friendly ghost was a favorite of my kids, they watch the show on VHS tapes whenever they could.
The cache is along the Missouri Valley Millennium Legacy Trail, below the Chief Lookings Village & Pioneer Park Overlook. This section of the trail is not maintained in the winter, so during that time of the year it may be hard to get to. The gate to the parking area for the parks up top closes at 10pm each night, do not stay to late or you will be stuck with all the fright. Bring your own writer to sign the log as there is no room for one in the cache container. Enjoys the view. There is also parking below the hill, in the Pioneer Park area.
