To find the cache:
At the published coordinates you will find the village sign. Check this out.
The number of horses on the village sign is A.
The number of squares on the village sign with a black background is B.
The number of yellow sun beams on the village sign is C.

Checksum of all digits in the coordinates = 59
Village signs is a series of caches based on the ornate signs that depict the heritage, history and culture of the villages that put them up (normally on the village green!).
