Registration:

TO REGISTER: Our Mega Event is FREE! Simply log a "WILL ATTEND" on this cache page with the number of people on your team (also tell us which state or country you're from so we can add you to the map!). During the event, SIGN IN at Regner Park on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning to Sign the official log book.

Register early! The first teams to log a will attend will be guaranteed a bag!

Free Official Drawstring Bags with coupons, city information, and various contest entry forms will be available on a first come, first serve basis at Regner Park along with the Official Cache Ba$h Booklet and Playing Card. Registered teams will also receive a Cash Prize Raffle Ticket for each member of the team that is present at check-in. The raffle is on Saturday, August 10, at 6:00pm. You must be present to win.

What is there to do at the Ba$h?

West Bend Geotour This series of 20 geocaches highlights the best of West Bend, showing you some of its historical, cultural, and recreational places of interest. Complete the Passport to earn a unique geocoin. To learn more, follow this link . We can also send the cache coordinates to your device at the park, and you can receive your coin upon completion. Available all year.
$1000 Cash Prize Drawing
Every registered person who signs in at Regner Park automatically gets a raffle ticket. Be sure to place your Cache Prize Ticket in the correct marked Raffle Barrel!
1st prize=$500, 2nd=$250, 3rd=$100, 4th=$100, 5th=$50. Must be present to win.
General Prize Drawing Prizes include geocoins, cache containers, Prime membership, gift certificates, and more. Each registered team can earn raffle tickets by finding our 50 geocaches, playing geo-bingo, or playing other official games. Must be present to win.
Cache Ba$h Geocoin for Sale A limited edition 2019 West Bend Cache Ba$h Geocoin will be sold on a first come, first served basis at Regner park. Credit cards are now accepted!
Geocaching Classes! Introduction to Geocaching will teach you the basics of geocaching and how to sign up and find geocaches using a GPSr or a Smartphone. The committee is discussing adding additional classes. What would interest you??
Lab Caches There will be Lab Caches only available during our event! You must download the app.
Cache Ba$h Souvenir Earn a Virtual Souvenir on your Geocaching profile by logging an 'Attended' Log on Saturday, Aug 10. (It MUST be dated the 10th to earn the souvenir)
Geo-bingo Find teams that match squares on your bingo card (found in your goody bag) to earn a raffle ticket for the General Prize Drawing
Signal the Frog Will Signal the Frog make an appearance again? Stay tuned.
Free pool and splash pad pass Participants will have free use of the pool and splash pad for one day of their choice at Regner Park thanks to West Bend Parks Department (coupons in goody bag)
Geocoin and Travel Bug Exchange Trackable items can be traded at the WGA Booth this year
Wisconsin Geocaching Association booth Stop by to learn about the WGA and play some bonus fun games!
Vendors There will be a variety of geocaching vendors and educators at the event. Food vendors will not be present, but West Bend has many delicious restaurants. Ask a committee member for recommendations.
Sunday Pancake Breakfast Sunday All-you-can eat Pancake Breakfast at Regner Park - by Wisconsin Geocaching Association. Plus more fun games. See schedule below for details. Stay tuned for details.
Other satellite events See schedule for details. Typically involves a Thursday Meet and Greet, a Friday Flash Mob, and perhaps a CITO event.

Real Life Heroes LAB Adventure!
Visit 5 locations that highlight our our real-life community heroes. You may get an opportunity to interact and take photos with real police, fire, and rescue workers of West Bend. Visit all 5 locations to earn a secret Superhero password. PLEASE NOTE! Lab caches have a NEW FORMAT! You must download the Adventure App to a Smart Phone in order to play. Adventure will be active during the event. Go to Heroes19 for more info.

NEW THIS YEAR! SUPERPOWER CACHES!
A few of the 50 Raffle Caches have SUPERPOWERS and will give 4 lucky geocachers a $25 bonus. Here's how it works: The committee has selected 4 super secret caches and a super secret number for each cache. If your team name corresponds to that number on the physical log sheet, you will win a $25 gift certificate! Your full team name must appear on the log sheet only ONCE or your team will be disqualified.

County parks (such as Sandy Knoll Park) require an entrance fee. Geocachers can enter a FREE CODE to get into Sandy Knoll Park for free for Friday and Saturday of Cache Ba$h weekend! Get a info sheet at registration or go to this site:

Select DAILY PASS, and enter this code: (Stay tuned for code for 2019). You have up to 7 days to enter this code for your license plate. The pass covers all county parks for the weekend. City parks remain free.



Attention Dog Owners!According to West Bend ordinance, pets are not allowed in City parks, including Regner Park. West Bend has an off-leash dog park: “Rolf’s Park” is comprised of 10 fenced-in acres and is only 5 minutes from Regner Park--Cache Ba$h Headquarters! Ridge Run Park and County parks also allow dogs.

As an attendee of our event, you may use Rolf’s Park at no charge. Here are the coordinates: N43 24.329 W088 12.115
