Having found a good number of the SideTracked Series in the UK we thought it would be fun to place a second SideTracked cache in Zimbabwe (the first being SideTracked Victoria Falls by kev1984). The cache is not placed right on top of Matetsi Station as this can be muggle central, and so we have placed our cache east of the railway station where the main road towards the Robins Camp area of the Hwange National Park crosses the railway line. Usually the road is deserted, but having decided to place a cache here we couldn't believe our bad luck on arriving at Ground Zero to find 10 locals in the process of burning fire breaks right alongside the railway line! The fire was moving fast and so we didn't have to wait too long for them to reach the railway crossing and to pass on by, and so we just sat and watched them and bided our time before placing the cache. Hopefully geocachers searching for this cache will find the area nice and quiet and muggle free as is much more the norm!
