Cache #29
There are a few caches up this end of Nailcan Hill, though not enough, so I thought I would add a few while setting up the Wildlife of Albury Series. When you park at this spot, there is a shiny new gate (though someone has already tried to push it over with a vehicle by the look). Vehicle access is limited on the hill, but some still want to get there – hence the gate.
However, the old wooden gate post still exists, and this looks like a nice spot for a cache. This should be an easy one to help rack up the numbers, and to get you in the mood for the upcoming climb. Try not to drop the lid - may be difficult to retrieve!
Snakes shouldn't be a worry here, but can be busy with cyclists and dog walkers so some stealth may be required.
