War Memorial #471 ~ Neville's Cross - Durham
This war memorial is in the grounds of St Johns Church, Nevilles Cross and is a Celtic type cross, roughly hewn from grey granite and dedicated to the brave members of the parish who fell in the Great War and World War II. It was paid for by public subscription and unveiled in October 1921 by Mrs A.J.Dawson, wife of the County Director of Education.
