This is where the public library was located which had a monument in front that held a time capsule that was placed there to celebrate Cavaliers Centennial in 1975. When the library was relocated, the monument was also moved to where it is now. That is where you will find the cache. The time capsule is to be opened in 2075, but you won't have to wait that long to sign the log. Bring your own pen.
