This is simple two stage multi-cache and another in my "Church in the Wildwood Series" or "CitWW:", which should not be too challenging to figure out. Small country cemeteries are absolutely amazing to me! Visiting them, is like stepping back into another time. Please respect the nature of this memorial cemetery and do not night cache!
Historically...
Grace Cementery, also know as Grace Church Cemetery, is located at 16101-16319 Grey Bruce Line, Desboro. It is located Sullivan Township (Concession 13, Lot 13) in Grey County in the Municipality of Chatsworth, Ontario Canada. The cemetery stones have been gathered together into a memorial cairn. There is a wooden rail fence across the front of the cemetery lot and is bounded at the rear by some very kewl pine trees, well evergreen at least.

Puzzle and its Geochecker...
In the collected headstone cairn, on the south-rear corner is a redish headstone with a family name on it. It has four names with one on each of the headstones sides. Enter the family name on the headstone into the certitude Geochecker for the final and a hint.
Please note: This one can be solved online or at the cemetery itself.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
Parking-ly...
Parking at the cemetery and the final, will be at road side, so please do so carefully, thoughtfully, and certainly safely.
