Mit 7 Abschiedsevents will ich, der Geheimnisträger, Euch mit Eurer Mission in Eure heimischen Einsatzgebiete schicken. An 7 neuralgischen Punkten der Stadt treffen wir uns in dezentraler Form, um entweder von hier aus direkt aufzubrechen oder um hier noch ein wenig nach ungefundenen Logbüchern zu suchen.

With 7 farewell events I, Geheimnisträger, want to send you with your missions to your home territories. At 7 neuralgic points of the city we will meet in decentralized manner either to start towards home directly or to stay and look for unfound log books.



Spandau


Spandau – die Perle Berlins. Zumindest sehen es so die Spandauer. Die Berliner wissen es eigentlich auch, aber der Neid versperrt manch einem die richtige Sichtweise. Auf der anderen Seite können es die Spandauer bis heute nicht verknusen, dass sie 1920 von Berlin eingemeindet wurde. Noch heute spricht der Spandauer von der Spandauer Altstadt, wenn er „in die Stadt fährt“. Anderenfalls würde er nach Berlin fahren. Dass für die Einreise nach Spandau ein Visum benötigt wird, ist jedenfalls ein weit verbreiteter Irrglaube. An den Zufahrtsbrücken werden lediglich Gesichtskontrollen durchgeführt. Sagt einfach, dass Ihr Das Erdmännchen besuchen wollt, dann habt Ihr freie Fahrt. Mit zwei ehemaligen Flughäfen, einem toten Friedhof, dem Fort Hahneberg und den dortigen früheren Rieselfeldern ist es ein bevorzugtes Cachergebiet.

Spandau –Berlin's finest district. At least according to the people of Spandau. Actually, Berlin people are awwar of that, too, but sometimes blurs the vision. On the other side, people of Spandau cannot accept that they were incorporated to Berlin in 1920. Still today, the “Spandauer” means the old town of Spandau by saying he "is going to town". Otherwise he would say “I’m going to Berlin!” Despite rumours saying otherwise, there is no visa needed when entering Spandau (don’t believe those strange Berlin folks). There is only a face control at the bridges leading to Spandau. Tell them, you want to visit Das Erdmännchen (The Meerkat) and you can pass the checkpoint. Besides that, Spandau is a fine place for geocaching, with two former airports, a dead graveyard, Fort Hahneberg of course and the former local drain fields.

Sollte etwas auf dem Event nicht so funktioniert haben, bitten wir dafür um Entschuldigung - und hey, manche Dose finden wir alle nicht gleich beim ersten Mal – DNF loggen, beim nächsten Mal klappt es dann besser!
