After revisiting my travels on the Invisible Dirigible (GC7P4VE), I became nostalgic for my time aboard. So, I have spent many long hours, days, weeks, and months researching wind patterns and flight plans for the continental U.S.. Funny enough, I stumbled across a historic directional beacon system that will help me navigate along the way. I used this new information to put together a flight plan book for my new career--airmail delivery system!
Letter from Final Drop
I have plans to make one stop in each of several states along the way to exchange the post. In preparation for the maiden flight, I sent my pages to the book binder's and finished packing. Unfortunately, it would seem that the courier I used to get my book there must have dropped it on the way. When I got the bound book back the final flight plan draft looked like it had been dropped in a puddle and all of the pages are out of order!
