You’re invited to join in this year’s Dönerstag from wherever you are in the world. Attend and log a geocaching event on 29 March 2018.
The Dönerstag was founded in 2007 by Moenk. First, there should be a kind of virtual mega-event, including Mega Event icon. Ado were still many offices events - all in or in front kebab eateries - and so was launched the Dönerstag born. Each participant in a local event may be simultaneously log the Berlin event. With the Mega Event icon but ultimately it was nothing, because Groundspeak requires the physical presence of a participant. But it was a new idea born from year to year found more things to do and trailers. At the 2nd Edition 2008, it was then, more than 30 events, 2009, there were then 62 events and last year there were 70 Dönerstag events from Kiel to Mallorca. 2011, this number certainly be surpassed.
