This is a social event to support the planetary pursuit of new souvenirs, and to extend the events to the Upper Valley of NH as well as VT. We are meeting at the famous Polly's Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill NH on a special weekend.
Start time is 8:45. am. The plan is to meet in the parking lot and get in line together by 9:00 am. so we can sit together. We will be conversing about maximizing our probability of attaining Pluto. Bring your trackables to trade or discover. The event is over at 9:45 am, although you are free to stay longer or to leave earlier. Food available here..
Sugar Hill is close to Littleton and Franconia. There are two earth caches close by, and many other high point caches within 10 miles. .
After a long winter, it is great to be able to be out caching again, and pursuing planets gives us another incentive. An added attraction this weekend in both VT and NH is that it is also maple weekend. Lots of reasons for a road trip.
This event was inspired by one in Maine, too far to go to, but kind of similar. (ME Maple Sugar Sunday.....). It is apparently Maple Weekend there, too. Also PattiNH's White Mountain Breakfast Club series. .
