The Cache was hidden during a two day hike in Akamas area with my friends and Scout Leaders of the 40th Scout Troop.
You may reach the cache area following the trail that starts from Smigies picnic site near Neo Chorio , or Baths (Loutra) tis Afroditis within the Akamas region.

Points of interest: Initially, the trail offers beautiful views of the coastline of the Akamas peninsula to the west including Lara Bay and later on, to the east, with views of Chrysochous bay in the direction of Latsi, Polis, Pachyammos and Pafos (Paphos) forest. The longer route runs past the old mines, magnesium facilities, and abandoned kilns, and through a dense section of the Akamas forest. The trail also connects with the Adonis trail at Kefalovrisia, where you will find a non potable water fountain. At the starting point, the two routes are adjacent to the walking trail of Pissouromoutti. Both routes pass by the Piana fire lookout station of the Forestry Department.
Probably the pinnacle of experience on the route is a stop at the top of Mouttis Sotiras, near the northern coast, from where the view is stunning. The route connects the Smygian path with the Aphrodite path. You will walk along paths, as well as dirt roads, enjoying the tranquility of the place. You will also walk through an abandoned monastery. The route is about 10 km and ends at the cave of Aphrodite Baths or at Smigies when you start from the Baths of Aphrodite.
