Quartier Clignancourt - La Multi #2 (FR/ENG) Multi-cache

Pensez à bien noter l'indice se trouvant sur le logbook pour la cache bonus. Si jamais vous avez oublié de le noter, voici la question :

You are presently in the 18th arrondissement (district) of Paris. You may be familiar with it thanks to certain sites such as Montmartre, la Gare du Nord, Pigalle, but are you aware that this arrondissement is split up into 4 neighborhoods ?
Paris is split into 20 arrondissement and each of these into neighborhoods. Here are the 4 neighborhoods of the 75018 (75=Paris area code + 18=the district : Quartier Grandes Carrières, Quartier Clignancourt, Quartier Goutte d'Or et le Quartier La Chapelle.

A travers cette petite séries de caches, composées d'une Tradi, de deux multi : Multi 1 et Multi 2, et de la petite Bonus, je vais vous balader, à l'aide de vieilles photos d'époque, à travers mon nouveau quartier qu'est le Quartier Clignancourt. En préparant cette série, j'ai fais pleins de découvertes. J'espère que vous aussi allez en faire.

Et, si vous souhaitez faire les 3 dans la même journée, Je vous conseil de faire multi 2 puis tradi et pour finir multi 1

When searching these caches, comprising of 1 traditional, 2 multis : Multi 1 and Multi 2, and the Bonus, I will take you on a stroll (long), using old postcards taken in the area, through my new neighborhood, the Quartier Clignancourt. While preparing them, I have discovered some pretty cool spots. Hopefully you will as well.

If you would like to do the 4 caches in the same day, I would recommend starting with the multi 2 followed by the trad, the multi 1.

Ici, il s'agira de remonter (ou descendre) la rue de Clignancourt. Ci-dessous une série d'anciennes photos. Il vous faut dans un premier temps trouver où elles ont été prises, puis repérer le détail demandé.
Toutes les photos ont été prises entre le Boulevard de Rochechouart et la rue Ornano. Inutile de monter plus haut (pour l'instant). Pensez à toujours regarder à gauche, à droite, devant, derrière. Ce serait bête de louper un détail et devoir tout refaire, non ? :D

In this multi, you will need to go up (or down) the rue de Clignancourt. Below you will find a series of old photos. First of all, your task requires you to find where the picture were taken, and, once that is done, answer the question underneath.
All the pictures were taken between Boulevard de Rochechouart and the Rue Ornano. No need to higher than Ornano for the waypoints (however the finale...). While walking on Rue de Clignancourt, always be sure to look all around you. It would be upsetting if you were to miss a detail and have to do it all over, wouldn't it ? :D

Devant 'A.ROUSSEL' vous verrez un lampadaire. Ce lampadaire a 2 références du type XVIII-xxxxx.... . Sur celle qui commence avec XVIII-1130A, A= ?.

In front of 'A.ROUSSEL' you will see a lamppost. This lamppost has 2 tags on it. Both start with XVIII and end with 5 numbers. On the tag where the 5 numbers look like 'XVIII-1130A', what digit is hidden behind the A.

Ici, repéré un restaurant mondialement connu (indice : M). Sur le bâtiment en question, combien de têtes de lions (noires) comptez-vous (façade donnant sur la rue de Clignancourt) = D

Here, you must find a world famous restaurant (hint : M). On the building where M is, how many lion heads (black) do you see (they are only on the face of the wall along rue de Clignancourt) = D

Nombre de barreaux de l'échelle sur la façade du mur (à gauche dans la photo) = E... ne vous plaignez pas, j'aurais pu vous faire compter des escaliers mdr
