Geocache Description:

Number 1014 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.

The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.

I always walk past this fine pair wondering if it would ever be one of this series. As you can probably tell it never was so I decided to add my first cache to the fine pair series.

Now onto the cache:

Look at the postbox:
What time is the mail collected? A:BC

Now look at the shops to the west of the fine pair:
When was Freda’s Deli established? 19DE

Now look north of the fine pair and you should see a red plaque:
Number of letters of the Knowle and Dorridge organisation that placed the object, the number of letters in the first word = F and number of words in the second word =G

Number of letters in the name of the object (one word) = HJ

Finally look east of the fine pair:
There is a passageway the number of letters in the first word of the passageway is K

The cache can be found at:
N52 2(JxH).(C-B)(D-K)(K-B)
W001 4(D-F).(G-E)(A-J)(J-E)
The Fine Pair series was originally started by wizardsmum but is now managed by mattd2k

If anybody would like to place 'A Fine Pair' of their own please do. I would just ask that you first visit www.afinepair.co.uk to request a number to avoid any duplication

mattd2k also keeps a public Bookmark List of this series. Once your cache is published please contact him via geocachingafinepair@gmail.com to have yours added
