The coordinates will take you in front of a house that was used as an operating stand of one of illegal Sparta transmitters in WWII (check: there is 8 white windows in the front side of the house). Every day a number of brave people put themselves at risk to ensure the connection between the domestic resistance and Czech intelligence headquarters in Britain. The connection was critical for building the position of Czech exile government, for the coordination of the resistance and for the Allied intelligence services that could thus be supplied with information of prime importance by the president Benes. The operation of the transmitter was terminated by the assault of Gestapo on 7.5.1941.
